The arbitration proceedings will take place in Hyderabad, Telangana and the decision/award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.
If the dispute cannot be resolved through arbitration, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

You also acknowledge that visa approvals are solely at the discretion of the respective immigration authorities and PinnAscend (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. does not influence the outcome of any application.

Mode of Communication & Response Time

All customer queries will be responded to within 48 business hours.
Official communication will be via email or phone. Any miscommunication due to incorrect contact details provided by the user will not be the responsibility of PinnAscend (OPC) Pvt. Ltd.
